Deelish Keto and Ideal Protein Friendly Crack Slaw
Ingredients:1 lb lean ground beef(preferably 90% lean) or chicken, tofu, or turkey
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp sesame oil
6-7 cups chopped up head of cabbage
1-2 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce(Optional: 2 Tbsp if you like really really spicy.)
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce or Liquid Aminos
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp white sugar OR 2 packets of splenda for low carb
1/4 tsp IP salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2-3 tbsp green onion chopped
1.In a large skillet, fry the ground beef until cooked and no longer pink. Drain and return to the stove.
2.Push the ground beef to the side and add the sesame seed oil in the space. Add in the garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes, then mix into the ground beef.
3.Add in the chopped up cabbage. Drizzle with chili garlic sauce, soy sauce/liquid aminos and sprinkle with the sugar, IP salt and pepper. Fry for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is wilted to your liking.
4.Plate, then sprinkle with the green onions.
