Keto and Ideal Protein Friendly Shrimp Stir Fry with Shirataki Noodles and Veggies

Ingredients:


14-16 oz angel hair shirataki noodles
1 tsp olive oil
8 oz shrimp(Grab a frozen bag of Jumbo shrimp; Remove shell and Devein)
Frozen bag of broccoli Florets or Baby Bok Choy

Aromatics:
1 stalk green onion separate green and white, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger

Seasoning:
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce/liquid aminos.. more to taste
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 packets of Stevia


1.Drain the water of the shirataki noodles. Prep according to the instructions on the bag.  I would do this before hand and just let the shirataki noodles dry out as much as possible.

2.Preheat a medium or large pan with cooking oil.  Add white part of green onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for about 1 minute. Add broccoli or baby bok choy, stir fry for another 30 seconds

3.Add shrimp and stir fry until the shrimp turn pink. Add shirataki noodles. Pour in the seasonings and stir fry to mix everything. Have a taste. Add more soy sauce/liquid aminos if needed. Garnish with the green part of sliced green onions. Serve immediately.




NOTE:  If you like spicy, add 1/2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce either while cooking or into your own serving and mix that in.
