Keto and Ideal Protein Friendly Cauliflower Fried Rice


Ingredients:

Frozen Bag of Cauliflower Rice
Frozen Bag of Broccoli Florets
Red Bell Pepper, chopped
Green Onions/Scallions
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp IP Salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce, or Liquid Aminos


1. Heat Frozen Bag of Cauliflower Rice according to the instructions on the bag.

2. Heat a large saute pan or wok over medium heat and add 1 tsp sesame oil.

3. Add chopped up red bell pepper, scallion whites, and garlic for about 3 minutes or until soft.  Raise the heat to medium-high.

4. Add the warmed up cauliflower rice to the saute pan along with the Soy Sauce/Liquid Aminos and IP salt.  Mix, cover, and cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cauliflower is slightly crispy on the outside but tender on the inside.

5. Remove from heat and mix in scallion greens.
