Ideal Protein Rotini with Tomato Sauce
I like having this recipe as a lunch option. If I add meatballs to the sauce, then I will make this more for dinner.
Ingredients:
Can of Tomato Sauce with No Salt Added
A couple packets of Stevia
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Basil
Chili Powder(if you want to add some spice)
Put the tomato sauce in a pot and add the rest of the seasonings.
Let the sauce simmer.
Cook the Ideal Protein rotini according to the instructions on the back of the packet.
Keep the leftover tomato sauce in a Tupperware or bowl for future quick meals. Then you just have to cook up the IP rotini and add the sauce for another meal.
I have also made Keto and IP friendly meatballs so you could also add meatballs to this if you want to add your protein in during whichever meal you are eating.
