Keto and Ideal Protein Friendly Meatballs
Ingredients:
Half Pound of ground beef, 90% lean if possible.
Half Pound ground pork
1 large egg
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 tsp IP salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1. Add the beef and pork to a medium bowl, aiming for an even mix.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the meat and mix until combined. Do not over mix.
3. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and position rack to the middle.
4. Line baking sheet with foil.
5. Place rolled meatballs on the foil-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes.
You can add the meatballs to a low carb tomato sauce, or you can also add meatballs as the protein to your favorite salad.
