Keto and Ideal Protein Friendly Tilapia Asian Style
Ingredients:
1 lb Tilapia Filets
1/4 tsp IP Salt
2 slices ginger root
2 Green onions
1 tsp olive oil
Seasoning Sauce:
2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce/Liquid Aminos
1 tsp oyster sauce
3 packets of Stevia
1/2 clove garlic, finely crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp water
1. Wash and pat dry the fish. Cut into 6 pieces.
2. Sprinkle with the 1/4 tsp IP salt. Set aside for about 5 minutes.
3. Combing the Seasoning Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
4. Heat the 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Stir fry the ginger and green onions for 2 seconds and add the fish. Cook on both sides.
5. Pour in the seasoning sauce.
6. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook until all the sauce has been absorbed. Serve immediately.
Note: If you have leftovers, you can use this for a salad as well. You can also serve this with cauliflower fried rice.
